It is not a coincidence that the Policen Direkt Management Lab contains the word “laboratory”. In this program, management exercises and tools are tested, checked and then evaluated in the individual field of action of the participants. At the same time, the exchange with the other participants and regular self-reflection should support the identification and further training of personal strengths.
Through learning formats such as workshops, coaching, lunch’n learn, exploration days, standup pitches and corporate huddles, the participants should be made aware of the requirements for the work of the future. The time in between is then used to test the learning material in everyday work.
