I write about technology in finance and real estate, and since January 2026 I have been an editor at Business Punk. This page lists what I publish, who interviewed me, the committees and boards I belong to, and the due diligence and contract work that ran next to my jobs.

Editor at Business Punk since January 2026

Business Punk is a business magazine and digital brand in the German-speaking countries. I have been an editor there since January 1, 2026, and throughout 2026 I cover digital assets, blockchains and crypto investing.

Since March 2026 the magazine has published an investment special four times a year, Anlage Punk, as a section of the issue and as a standalone magazine in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. I write there regularly about what becomes relevant in banks, asset management, markets and infrastructure providers. The release party was on April 2, 2026 in Berlin. Articles and a book

For several years I have published articles in Der Bank Blog and in IHK-Magazin, both in German. Other articles of mine appeared in specialist media on real estate, finance and insurance, and I write guest posts for blogs. I am the author of a pocket book on real estate projects in Germany.

In 2017 I founded an information portal on construction projects and was its editor in chief until January 2024; Entrepreneurial spirit has the details. On this site I keep a blog, with posts such as Claude community Germany and Creating a finance community.

FAZ, ZDF, Manager Magazin and Handelsblatt have interviewed me. For the projects I managed I did the press work myself.

Product Advisory Committee of the Digital Token Identifier Foundation

In May 2024 I joined the Product Advisory Committee of the Digital Token Identifier Foundation as an expert member. The foundation is the registration authority for ISO 24165, the ISO standard for digital token identifiers.

The committee gives the foundation recommendations on the implementation of the standard and arbitrates disputes about the issuance of identifiers. It is also the forum where the industry discusses how regulatory changes affect the crypto market. My own part is the adoption of the identifiers in Germany and other countries, through my network. Advisory boards and memberships

I sit on the advisory boards of several organizations in web technology, in Europe and in the United States, where I advise their management. I am a member of the Digital Euro Association, a think tank on central bank digital currencies, stablecoins and crypto assets. I organize meetups on digital assets, and the community Finance Loop came out of them in January 2025.

Due diligences, contracts and teams

Over ten years I took part in several due diligences, on the buyer’s side and on the seller’s side. My part was to examine and prepare the documents that describe the quality of the IT systems, the state of the teams and the health of the products.

Over more than 15 years I wrote and reviewed legal documents for business development and IT: contracts, licensing agreements and terms of use. At the Frankfurt-based company Blocksize Capital this included the terms of a market-data product and the framework of a partner program, described on CIO and Head of DeFi. I have also documented and implemented data protection measures under the GDPR.

I have more than ten years of leadership experience, with teams of up to 50 employees.
