• Helping companies to grow

  Growth comes from products that reach the market and from partnerships that open new customer groups. My work covers digital transformation, business development and product launches, down to the conversion work that turns visitors into customers.

• Building data platforms

  Data and workflows are often the core of many businesses. That takes infrastructure that scales, workflows that keep the data current, and a data model other systems can use. Often the challenges are not about the technology, but somewhere else.

• Organizing AI workshops

  Since June 2026 I teach practical work with Claude at the Claude Hacker House workshops in Frankfurt: prompting, AI-assisted workflows, MCP servers and virtual organizations. This is the place where AI practitioners meet and discuss.

• Bringing decision-makers together

  I bring a large network to the table with decision-makers from banks, fintechs and regulation. I am often at events and co-founded Finance Loop, a network of financial experts with over 4,000 members.

Today, anyone can now create a solution by prompting. When code costs almost nothing, people turn hyperactive and build more results than anyone can consume. Employees get flooded with information, and the relevant part reaches the right person less and less often. What becomes scarce is knowing which information is correct, what you can trust and which business rules a tool must follow. Here is where experience comes into play.

Over the years I have learned to judge things. My work combines a deep technical understanding of frontend, backend and infrastructure with domain knowledge from finance, e-commerce and real estate. That is how I can often tell, also from failures in the past, whether a result holds up and whether something follows the rules of the business or its customers.

  I turn technical facts into wording lawyers can use, and I know due diligence from both sides.

  I plan products step by step for the audience they are built for, with the technology ready for each step.

Next to IT I am active as a business angel, consultant and investor. I am a member of the Digital Euro Association, a think tank on central bank digital currencies, stablecoins and crypto assets. I organize meetups on digital assets, and I contribute to the adoption of digital token identifiers.

Between 2021 and 2025 I went to more than 200 business events, from international conferences to local meetups. I met exciting personalities such as Charles Hoskinson, the creator of Cardano, business people and Web3 enthusiasts. I like to connect with people and to exchange ideas about decentralized finance.
