I am Michael Wutzke, an IT expert for data platforms in Frankfurt. For more than twenty years I have worked where IT, growth and business development meet. I was managing director of a global real estate database financed with venture capital. After that I led IT projects for an online shop and an insurance company. Later I was Chief Information Officer of a Frankfurt fintech. Since then I have advised companies in the field of IT, growth and innovation. My employers and clients came from finance, insurance, e-commerce and real estate.

Most of my work is about processes. I find out how a company really works: who needs which information, where work gets stuck and how a change in one area affects another. More than twenty years in IT have taught me how technical systems fit together and how they connect to marketing and sales. I combine this knowledge when I plan systems and processes, so technical decisions support the way the company reaches customers and sells its products.

Today I combine this experience with practical knowledge of AI. AI agents make my work faster. Successful AI work still depends on understanding how technology, marketing and sales affect one another. Many people in the fast-moving AI field do not have that foundation.
