Work
My work falls into two groups. The current case comes from a client’s information platform that I have helped build since April 2026 with AI coding agents that work under machine-checked rules. The earlier projects are from more than twenty years as founder, developer and CIO: market data, e-commerce, insurance, search and hosting.
Each page says what the starting point was, what I did, and what came out of it.
What changed for the people I worked with

Twenty years of data from many hands, and nobody could say where a number came from.
Every fact now carries who said it and when. A dispute about a number ends at its source.
How it was done -
AI agents with write access, and a human review the morning after.
Agents work under the same rules as staff, enforced by the system. Nobody wakes up to a surprise.
How it was done -
A market-data platform tied to one cloud, with traders on the line if it went down.
Moved to a second cloud with failover while the market was open, 2022 to 2024.
How it was done
- Founded a global real estate database in 2004, led it for six years and sold my shares in 2010.
- Built an information portal from 2017 that reached over one million readers a year by 2024.
- Since April 2026: a client's information platform built with AI agents, every fact with its source and its date.
