Claude training for companies in Cologne

I train editorial teams and insurance brokers in Cologne to write their daily texts with Claude: articles, teasers, customer letters, replies on claims and notes from calls. The training runs online or on site at your company, and every exercise comes from texts your team writes anyway. Let's talk about your needs in a free 30-minute video call.

What I bring to your office

  • Experience with readers and customers

I have built portals for customers and written for readers for more than twenty years. Your team learns Claude on the texts its own readers and customers receive.

  • Insurance portals

I planned and built the web portals of Policen Direkt, a company in the secondary market for life insurance, among them a portal where customers manage their contracts. Brokers learn Claude on their own customer letters.

  • A check before sending

Each text type gets a short check that a person runs before it goes out: names, figures, dates and any statement about coverage. The group writes these checks in the session.

  • Claude Hacker House

I am a lecturer at Claude Hacker House, where Fayssal El Mofatiche, Christian Schulze and I show how Claude handles analysis, automation and daily workflows in business and finance.

  • Press experience

FAZ, ZDF, Manager Magazin and Handelsblatt have interviewed me, and I did the press work for the projects I managed. I know what an editor needs from a press release.

Why Cologne offices write their daily texts with Claude

A newsroom and a broker’s office both write many texts a day, and most follow a pattern the team knows by heart: a teaser, a reply on a claim, a reminder of a missing document. Claude drafts such texts well once it has seen the pattern and has the facts at hand. The training shows your team how to supply both and how to check the draft before it goes out.

The DIHK digitalization survey 2026, published on January 28, 2026 with answers from nearly 5,000 companies, names legal uncertainty as the greatest challenge in using data. For a broker that question comes first, so the training starts with the rules your data protection officer sets.

What a Claude training for a Cologne office covers

The content follows the texts on your team’s desk:

  • A project per publication or per line of business, with the style rules, model texts and the words your house avoids.
  • Drafts from notes: an interview transcript becomes an article draft, a call note becomes a customer letter.
  • Variants of one text: an article, three teasers, a newsletter line and a social media post.
  • For brokers: letters on renewals, claims and missing documents, each with a fixed check of coverage statements.
  • Summaries with sources: long policy conditions or a press conference, summarized for a colleague with the page or minute of each point.

Sample project instructions for a broker’s office

A Claude project carries standing instructions that apply to every chat inside it. This is a shortened version of what a broker’s team can write in the training; a newsroom writes its own around the house style.

  1. You draft letters to our private and business customers. A broker checks and signs every letter.
  2. Write German letters with the formal “Sie”.
  3. State coverage, premiums and deadlines only as they appear in the documents of this project. If a fact is missing, write “CHECK:” and name what is missing.
  4. Never promise that an insurer will pay a claim.
  5. Keep a letter under 200 words unless the broker asks for more.
  6. Close with the name of the responsible broker.
  7. Below each letter, list the facts you used and the document each one came from.

The team tests the instructions on real cases in the session and changes them until the drafts pass the broker’s check.

Who I am

I am Michael Wutzke, an IT architect for data platforms in Frankfurt with more than twenty years in IT and media. I am an editor at the business magazine Business Punk, and my articles have appeared in Der Bank Blog, in IHK-Magazin and in specialist media on real estate, finance and insurance. I teach at Claude Hacker House, hold a training authorization from IHK Frankfurt for two IT apprenticeships, and take part in Claude Certified Architect Foundations, Anthropic’s first certification program. I am also interested in open-source AI models that a company runs on its own servers. Details: Teaching and certifications.

How your Claude training in Cologne runs

  1. Free video call

In 30 minutes we go through the texts your team writes most and decide whether the training runs by video or at your office in Cologne, Bonn or Leverkusen.

  2. Needs assessment

We pick the text types that take your team the most hours, collect examples it considers good, and check your Claude plan and your data rules.

  3. Quote and order

A quote for the sessions follows the assessment. Once you order, I prepare them.

  4. Preparation

From your good examples I write the first project instructions, and you approve them before the session.

  5. Training

Each participant writes texts from their own day in Claude, and the group adjusts the instructions until the drafts sound like your house.

  6. Follow-up

Each participant receives a certificate of participation. Your team keeps the project instructions and the checks it wrote.

Questions companies ask

Will the texts sound like Claude or like us?

Like you, when the project holds examples of your own writing and the instructions name your rules. The training builds that project with your team, and the check before sending catches phrases your house would never use.

Can brokers use Claude for customer letters?

For drafts, yes. A person checks every statement on coverage, premiums and deadlines against the policy before the letter goes out. Which customer data may go into Claude is for your data protection officer to decide; I give no legal advice.

Does the training run online or at our office?

Both. I work from Frankfurt and travel to Cologne, Bonn or Leverkusen for on-site days. Newsrooms with shift work can take the training in shorter online sessions.

We also use ChatGPT. Do you train it too?

Yes. ChatGPT for office and editorial teams and Codex for developers have their own page: ChatGPT and Codex training in Cologne.

Who helps when questions come up after the training?

When questions come up in your daily work with Claude, you can book me as a consultant. For large teams or several dates at once, I may bring in trainers I know from the AI community, if desired.
